Terms of Service

1. The minimum turnaround time are 3 days, a week or a month and they must be respected.
There will be exemptions to this rule depending on the complexity of the request by the commissioner and my availability.If the requested commission requires a faster turnaround time than the minimum, a rush fee will be applied. The addtnl. price must be agreed by both parties.
Thank you for understanding!2. There will be constant updates and pictures regarding the progress of your ordered commission.
If the client feels dissatisfied in the lack of frequency in the updates or anything else, please let me know! We can rearrange the current conditions of our agreement to meet your needs.3. PAYMENT policies:
-50% before I start the order and 50% after the APPROVED SKETCH.
However, a full payment upfront is strongly appreciated :)-I do not do refunds! If you paid me, you will get your commission. If I already have sent you progress pictures and sketches, it would not be fair. If you already paid me, you will 100% get your order

If the description and references are unclear, risk of paid edits will be higher.5. In EDITS/REVISIONS,
5.1 I will provide a thumbnail sketch to discuss changes and approval. after that,
any amount of minor edits are for free. (eye color, anything i deem minimal)MAJOR edits after the sketch will be charged extra. This includes:
a. changing poses
b. change fur/skin/feather/scale in shading, color, type
c. anything i deem as a MAJOR change6. I own all the rights and intellectual property to any submitted illustrations i made, purchased and not purchased.
except for ADOPTABLE CHARACTERS7. Any artwork sold can be used by the client who bought it and the artist (swaga) through personal use and recreational activities. It can be used for practice and reference.8. You (the client) own full rights to any bought illustrations of ADOPTABLE characters made by me (swaga). However, I'm allowed to use them as examples of my portfolio and would appreciate to be credited from. :)9. My illustrations are not to be used as any form of NFT or to be consumed in any AI Generators.10. Do not ghost me or make false payment/promises. I will only wait for around a week without reply.11. A watermark will be added to the artwork but it can be taken down if the client wants to.

FAQ

[] If in case an event occurs where the artist experiences technical problems and cannot verify the client's proof of payment:-The client will be notified immediately of the situation.-To ensure transparency, the artist will send a blurred/low quality resolution of the finished artwork to show proof of completed order.-The verification of payment can only be through the artist's account itself.
